Is\u0131nma evresi egzersiz evresi ve so\u011fuma evresi olarak.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi\u00a0<strong>Egzersiz evresi<\/strong>nden bahsediyor olaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde v\u00fccudumuz iyice \u0131s\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve hareketlere haz\u0131r hale gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kal\u00e7a Bald\u0131r ve Kar\u0131n Kaslar\u0131na Y\u00f6nelik Hareketler :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir\u00e7ok bayan ve erke\u011fin en s\u0131k problem ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgeler bu b\u00f6lgelerdir. V\u00fccudumuz nereden kilo verece\u011fine kendizi karar verir fakat bu egzersizlerle bu b\u00f6lgeleri s\u0131k\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rabilirisiniz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.Hareket :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir duvara yakla\u015farak ellerimizi duvara yasl\u0131yoruz. Duvara iyice yakla\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra dizlerimizi karn\u0131m\u0131za do\u011fru \u00e7ekerek b\u0131rak\u0131yoruz. Bu hareketi 30 tekrar kadar (ki\u015fiye g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterebilir) 3 set \u015feklinde yapabiliriz. Sonra s\u0131ras\u0131yla di\u011fer aya\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6ne al\u0131yoruz bu kes sa\u011f dizimiz k\u0131r\u0131k sol dizimiz gergin vaziyette kal\u0131yor.
